Hello Friends!

Ain’t God good! The Lord has been so good to us. He has opened so many new doors for us this year, and we have enjoyed every mile. We praise the Lord for His goodness and what all He is accomplishing through yours and our lives. He has really been answering our prayers.

Linda is currently visiting the grand babies right now in Texas, while I am helping out at our home church, Grace Baptist, Power Springs, Georgia, for a few days. From here I am off to South Florida, where I will meet back with her. AMEN!

It seems like this year, more than others, the Lord has put many projects before us, that we have been privileged to get involved with. We have been spending much time with our friends at Cornerstone Baptist in Logan Ohio. They have been working on their building, and we have been doing whatever we can to help them in that endeavor. It is so wonderful to see God’s people come together for projects such as this.

Speaking of projects, one of our true joys of this year has been the Lord allowing us to help Bro. Bob Hollis, Missionary to Haiti. He had some specific needs for the field, and as the Lord had it, we had a contact that could help meet that need. Who would have thought it? Our God does indeed operate in the “exceedingly abundantly” doesn’t He? Meanwhile, as we traveled we felt compelled to help Bill and Laurie Blomberg, missionaries to the Seminole Indians in Florida. Their project required $14000. God’s people rallied, and the need was met! Again we were amazed.

Most recently, we got involved in a project for Missionary James George from the Ivory Coast. You won’t believe this, but God had donated to Bro.George, a “bucket truck”. Can you believe that? Yes, a “bucket truck”! We are reminded of the verse, “Is anything too hard for the Lord?”.

As we now leave back out from our home church, we leave with you, our friends, on our minds and hearts. We hope that this letter will encourage you, and let you know that we are praying for God’s richest blessings and protection for your lives. It is incredible, how although we don’t really have a home,… we always have a home. The Lord has certainly blessed us with wonderful friends. What would we do, apart from the love of God and His people? How can we not go witness for Him?

If we can be of any help to you all, we do hope you know that you can call on us.

Love you,

Bill and Linda

Hello Friends!

Ain’t God good! We had a wonderful Holiday time with our family and friends in Texas. It is always a blessing to see them, but truly special during those times of the year. We praise the Lord for His goodness and what all He is accomplishing through yours and our lives. He has really been answering our prayers

We have just finished being with our home church-Grace Baptist in Powder Springs-in our annual Stewardship Conference. It was an incredibly powerful meeting. We learned new truths, blessings and promises from the Word of God. The vastness of counsel we can get from the Bible never ceases to amaze us. We are reminded of the Psalmist words in Psalms 119:18- “Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law”.

We leave from our home church now and head out to help in our favorite field… that of bringing attention to Faith Promise Missions. We have truly prayed that the Lord would open doors for us to be in some “new places” as well as the ones we often frequent, to share our love and heartbeat for missions. It is incredible, how the Lord has specifically answered these prayers.

We will be making stops in Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and others- mostly in Missions Conferences, then back to our home church for their missions conference in March. What a deal, Lucille! Please pray that now that the Lord has done His part in getting us these places to go, that we will be in touch with Him and be used exactly as He sees fit as a help to these churches. We know, that without Him, we are nothing… but praise God, with Him…we can do all things! Our desire is to bring vision for missions and glory to the name of Jesus

Please pray for safety as we travel. God has been so good to us. Pray that we in turn, show that goodness to others. Know that we love you all very much and consider you all our extended family. We treasure our friends on the road everywhere! If the Basey’s can be a help to you in any way- please do not hesitate to call

We love you all,

 Bill and Linda
